Managing Director
Md. Abdul Halim Sarkar is a skill development and international workforce consultant with over 16 years of professional experience in hospitality, vocational training, international recruitment, and student mobility. Holding postgraduate qualifications in hospitality and international business management from Europe, he has built his career by working across different continents in the hospitality industry.
Over the years, he has become a trusted advisor in workforce development, helping individuals, training institutions, and organizations connect with global employment and education opportunities. His expertise covers hospitality training, technical and vocational skills development, international recruitment, and student consultancy. He has successfully worked with clients and partners across Malaysia, the UAE, Qatar, Malta, Belarus, Poland, Italy, and other European countries, bringing practical knowledge, international experience, and a strong commitment to developing skilled professionals for the global market.
Md Billal Hossain
Managing Partner
Billal Hossain is a Power Plant Project Consultant with over 13 years of experience supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across Bangladesh. Throughout his career, he has been involved in major power generation projects, including Summit Meghnaghat 460 MW Power Plant, Juldha Power Plant (Chattogram), Summit Sherpur Units 1 & 2, Anowara Power Plant (Chattogram), and the ongoing 450 MW Waste-to-Energy (WtE) Power Plant in North Dhaka.
He has worked closely with leading Chinese EPC companies, including NEPC, CNEEC, and CMEC, providing expertise in workforce planning, recruitment, and project manpower management. Beyond Bangladesh, he has successfully recruited skilled and professional personnel for projects in Malaysia, the UAE, Qatar, and several European countries. His practical industry knowledge, strong international network, and hands-on approach make him a trusted consultant for power plant and industrial workforce solutions.
